That's where a qualified Health Coach helps. Health Coaches are knowledgeable advisors who provide ongoing support and guidance as you set goals and make sustainable changes that improve your health and happiness. As your Health Coach, I listen carefully and help you navigate the world of contradictory nutrition advice to determine what changes are necessary for you. Your personalized program will radically improve your health and happiness. Together, we will explore concerns specific to you and your body and discover the tools you need for a lifetime of balance.

I specialize in vegetarian and vegan diets and digestive issues. Some people do well transitioning to a vegetarian/vegan diet. But, others need someone they can talk to on a regular basis to get the one-on-one support they need to make the right changes to their diet. As a Board Certified, Health Coach, I work with each person to find what works best for their unique body and lifestyle.

If creating a healthy meatless diet is your goal, you'll learn what vegetarian foods to add to your diet and why. You'll also learn what nutrients are missing from your diet—your current vegetarian diet may lack vital nutrients that you need for energy, clear thinking, and good moods— and how to take your favorite recipes and transform them into healthy, vegetarian versions.

I offer three programs . .

One Hour, One-on-One, Breakthrough Session Plus Bonus, 25 Minute Follow–Up Call

This is a quick start program customized to your needs. Here's how it works:

Step 1: Before we have our session you'll receive a Vegetarian Thrive, Health History form to fill out. I'll review the information so that I get a clear picture of your diet and lifestyle as well as any past and current health issues.

Step 2. 60 Minutes Session. During our session (I meet with my clients via Skype) we'll go over your Health History, talk about how you feel, and discuss your goals.

Step 3. Based on the first two steps, you'll get,

  • Two to three recommendations that address your specific issues and goals,
  • Handouts—you'll receive a customized package of articles and resources that will provide additional information and support,
  • A 25 minute, follow–up call—I'll contact you two weeks after our session to (1) find out how you're doing, (2) keep you on track, and (3) help you work through anything that might be getting in your way, and
  • Access to my monthly newsletter with the latest health tips and recipes.

Three Month, Intensive Thrive Program

In the Three Month Intensive Program, we meet via Skype twice a month for three months.

Phase I. Getting to know you. All of my programs begin with a Vegetarian Thrive Health History form. You fill it out so that I understand your current and past health, diet and relationship issues. Before our first session, we'll discuss the information and your goals.

Phase II. Plan of attack. Everyone is different. We have different bodies, needs, and goals. We'll work together to explore concerns specific to you and your body and to discover what's best for your unique needs. Twice per month, we'll meet for 50 minutes.

  • You receive coaching and support to help you make the dietary and lifestyle changes you want
  • We'll discuss your progress, any blocks that you're experiencing and how you're feeling
  • Together we decide on new recommendations to bring you closer to achieving your goals.
  • After each session, you'll receive a package of information and resources designed to give you additional support and guidance.
  • Ongoing support. You get unlimited email support between sessions.
  • My personal commitment to your health and success
  • Access to my monthly newsletter with the latest health tips, recipes, tools, and announcements about free teleseminars and webinars.

Power-of-Six Program

With the Power-of-Six Program, we meet via Skype twice per month for six months. Why six months? It's been shown that six months is the amount of time people need to build habits into their life and sustain them for the long term. Are you ready and committed to making changes in your life? If your answer is yes, then together we'll do the following:

  • Set and accomplish goals in a way that is empowering and exciting
  • Work to achieve and maintain your ideal weight
  • Understand and reduce your cravings
  • Increase your energy levels
  • Feel great in your body
  • Learn about new foods and how you can easily incorporate them into your diet
  • Improve your personal relationships
  • Discover the confidence to create the life you want

Your program includes,

  • Two 50-minute sessions per month for six months,
  • Unlimited E-mail support between sessions,
  • Healthy, delicious recipes that are simple to prepare,
  • Coaching and support to help you make the dietary and lifestyle changes you want,
  • Simple but informative handouts that will increase your nutrition knowledge,
  • Access to my monthly newsletter with the latest health tips and recipes, and
  • My personal commitment to your health and success.

My Approach

As a Holistic Health Coach, I'm trained to give you the ongoing support and guidance you need to set and meet your goals and make sustainable changes to your diet.

It's not just about the food you eat. There are many other factors, such as healthy relationships, a fulfilling career, regular exercise and a spiritual practice that play vital roles in your health and happiness. We call these "primary foods" When they're out of balance, even the healthiest diet can not bring the results you want.

You'll get all of the support you need, from eating right for your body to living a truly inspired and fulfilling life.
