I trained at the Institute for Integrative Nutrition where I studied over 100 dietary theories, including vegetarianism, lifestyle management techniques, and innovative, health coaching methods. My teachers include some of the world's leading health and wellness experts, including Dr. Andrew Weil, Dr. Deepak Chopra, Dr. David Katz, Dr. Walter Willett, and many other leading researchers and nutrition authorities.

My education has equipped me with extensive knowledge in holistic nutrition, health coaching, and preventive health. I use these skills and my knowledge of different dietary theories to help clients make lifestyle changes that produce lasting results.
